Applicants are requested to reach our Hostel directly or download the Application form and submit the hard copy form. Original Proof details of the guest must be mandatory for verification and the copy of the same to be handed over at the time of admission.  Kindly go thru the procedures.

• Security deposit of one month rent should be paid in advance before occupying the premises and the same will be refunded back to the occupant upon handing over the vacant possession of the demised portion after adjusting any arrears of tariff, other damages if any, that is assessed by the management. The deposit shall not carry any interest..
• Notice period will be 30 days in advance in case of vacating the room.
• Local reference of resident or company offer letter is must.
• The management hereby permit the occupant to occupy the premises for a purely residential purpose on Monthly tariff basis
• The management reserves the right to revise the monthly room tariff with prior intimation.
• Tenancy of an occupant will terminate with immediate effect if the occupant involved in any Misbehavior or Immoral activities within the premises.
